In-Person Payments
Make a payment in person at a New Mexico Water Customer Center (in some areas).
Online Payment Portal
New Mexico Water’s online payment portal offers two ways to pay your bill:
- Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) or debit card, or from a designated bank account. (American Express card not accepted)
- Automatic payments
You can also make an online one-time payment without an online account.
(Payments made through online bill pay—whether by automatic payment or a one-time payment by a logged-in customer—have no processing charge.)
Pay by Phone
To pay your New Mexico Water bill over the phone using your bank account or Visa (credit or debit), MasterCard (credit or debit), or Discover card, call (888) 598-9825 (toll-free).
